My passion for arts advocacy was sparked during the so-called culture wars of the early 1990s. For more than 20 years, I worked for various nonprofit institutions, mostly in higher education. More recently, I served as a volunteer and board member for 4 years with local education and arts organizations and with an LGBTQI+ civil rights NGO in Poland.

In my capacity as a board member, I participated in the Arts Innovation and Management program developed by Bloomberg Philanthropies and the DeVos Institute of Arts Management. It was at that time that I first saw the need for creative and intelligent solutions for the nonprofit sector and knew that I could make a difference.

In April 2018 I completed the certificate in nonprofit management from CNM (formerly the Center for Nonprofit Management) in Dallas. Combined with my degrees in the arts and humanities, my performing arts training (theater, performance art, music, and dance), and my extensive background in data management and analysis, I have many strengths that can be put to use in order to help your 501(c)(3) achieve its mission more efficiently and effectively.

  • Strategic Planning How do you know if your programs are successful? By mapping your planning, evaluation, and outcome cycles, your organization won’t have to run on intuition alone.
  • Data Management & Analysis What’s the difference between a donor and a major donor? Your database holds the answer. Put your data to work for your organization, even if you’re still only using spreadsheets.
  • Program Development Has your organization run out of creative juice? Build long-term sustainability by creating mission-driven programs with measurable outcomes that donors are eager to fund.
  • Grant Writing Tell a compelling story about your organization by using both quantitative and qualitative data to boost your chances for support.
  • Social Media Marketing Boost audience engagement and revenue by maximizing your social media accounts. Help your board of directors tap into peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • Arts, Culture & Humanities Expertise Foster creativity. Develop strong educational programs.
  • GIS-Based Strategies & Analysis Do you need help finding your audience? Where are the people who are passionate about your mission?
